Staff is extremely Courteous and Professional. The office is clean & well kept up. I called & spoke with a Pharmacist and was given a clear and concise description & explanation of the prescription needed. I received a quote on the price which was a great price and was the price I paid a week later. I wasn’t rushed and felt very comfortable with the staff and my experience with them. Very professional, and had my prescription ready in a matter of hours. They were also quite upfront about their billing practices as my son’s prescription was not covered by insurance. Also, SUPER friendly staff. Impressed with this compounding pharmacy, especially considering I have worked for one myself!

I can not begin to express the depth of my appreciation for Jodi and Jackie at this location. Walgreens had an issue faxing the compound Rx. After several hours of waiting for successful fax transmission, Jodi called and got the Rx, then filled it 5 minutes before close. They were extremely busy but they treated this Rx as if it was the most important cure in the world, and it was to us that day. Customer service is a lost art and it’s incredibly wonderful to find a business that cares so much about people. 24 hours of medication has made a huge difference in the physical discomfort of an 11 month old baby that doesn’t understand anything but being miserable and so uncomfortable that he couldn’t even sit. I’m eternally grateful to this team. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart!
I had a fabulous experience calling about a medication. I currently live in Washington State and preparing to move back to Omaha in a month. I have a cat with a rare disease and he needs a compounded medication. I was so worried I would not be able to find a local option to refill this prescription. I have been a customer of Kohll’s for many years. I’m getting up in age and realized I need some help looking younger. I got to the point where I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror lol. I went out and met with the staff and did an evaluation of my skin. I thought maybe I needed some dark patches removed caused by the Sun but the more immediate recommendation was to try Botox. I’m pretty proud but recognize looks make a difference in this world so I agreed 2 try a small amount of Botox under my eyes and it really makes a difference! They are qualified to review your skin and make recommendations for a variety of treatments. I like that from a company that I trust. The technicians are well-trained and super nice. I would recommend Jkohlls if you are considering any type of skin revitalization
