We are licensed in multiple states and experienced in compounding for hormone therapy, ophthalmology, dermatology, pain management, ENT, weight management, urology, GI and rectal conditions, pediatrics, and veterinary care.
Prescriptions may be mailed directly to patients or made available for pickup at our Omaha location. We do not offer local delivery services.
How to Prescribe
Prescriptions must be written for an individually identified patient and include all necessary information for compounding, including dosage form, strength, quantity, and directions. We accept prescriptions by:

New Prescriber Registration
Before submitting prescriptions, new providers may be asked to complete a New Prescriber Registration form. This helps ensure accurate documentation and clear communication between your practice and our pharmacy team.

Emergency Compounding Fee
A $300 emergency compounding fee will apply for prescriptions placed after 1:00 PM Monday through Friday that are requested for same-day pickup. Exceptions to this fee may be approved by management for select in-stock compounded products.

All compounds are prepared in our Omaha-based facility using FDA-registered active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). We operate in full compliance with 503A pharmacy regulations and adhere to USP <795> and <797> standards.
